We have the solution for you
You have the right to return the products you purchased if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You can exchange for a different size or color, change to another product, request a refund, or issue a credit coupon within 14 calendar days.
The return must be made in the same way the order was completed.
1. RETURN VIA BOXNOW
You can return your product via BoxNow easily and quickly.
If you received your order via BoxNow and wish to return it, please follow the instructions you received during the delivery communication to return it.

If you received your order by another method or wish to return it to us, you can find the nearest locker next to you and complete the shipment to us easily and quickly.
If you wish to receive a refund for part or all of your order, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
The return fee (€2) is deducted from the total refund amount, and the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
BoxNow can only be used for returns and not for product exchanges.
2. EXCHANGE VIA COURIER – GREECE
If you wish to exchange a product for another one, the return shipping cost (€2) and the new shipment cost (€2) are at your expense.
(plus €2 if you wish to pay the difference via cash on delivery).
If you wish to receive a refund for part or all of your order, the return shipping costs are at your expense (the return fee (€3) is deducted from the total refund amount), and the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
For bank refunds, you can provide us with a Piraeus Bank account to avoid additional banking fees. Otherwise, if you provide an account from another bank, any applicable fees will be covered by you.
The reduced return fee (€2) is valid only if you choose to return your order via General Postal Service and request recipient billing. This charge applies only to product exchanges.
If you request a credit coupon, you will receive a personal message with the coupon corresponding to the refunded amount, with return shipping costs at your expense (€3).
If you request a refund and your original order exceeded €60, the initial shipping costs and return costs are at your expense (€3 for General Postal Service/Courier Center, €1.99 for BoxNow if paid by debit/credit card, and €5 if paid by cash on delivery).
Additionally, in any refund case that does not involve a company error or defective product, a return shipping fee applies (€3 for General Postal Service/Courier Center, €1.99 for BoxNow).
If the company made an error in shipping the product or sent a defective item, the shipping costs are covered by the company.
If you receive a defective product, please notify the company immediately.
You can return your order using any other courier service at your own responsibility and expense.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Until the product reaches us, it is your responsibility even if sent through our partner courier. It is important to ensure safe transportation to prevent damage or loss, which may result in an inability to return/exchange the item.

There are two alternatives if you are not satisfied with the products you purchased: a refund or a credit coupon.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Returns are accepted for all products except for custom items, after opening the products. Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order; otherwise, if this timeframe has passed, the return may be rejected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return must include the retail receipt and the product’s special markings (tags).
Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, without damage, not washed or worn beyond trial fitting. Acceptance of returns depends on a quality check by our company.
If the packaging is opened or the goods are used, their value automatically decreases. The depreciation is assessed case by case.
If products are returned damaged or incomplete, the company reserves the right to refuse a refund.
